#OnThisDay 1921 Private Private Alfred Blitchford Williams (not in pic) serving with the Ox & Bucks Regiment, took his own life while stationed at Ballyvonare Military Camp, Buttevant, Cork. He shot himself in the abdomen while ‘temporarily insane’. He was 18.
