Captain Bowen-Colthurst Released from Broadmoor Hospital 1918

#OnThisDay 1918 Irish papers report that Captain Bowen-Colthurst, who was guilty of the murder of innocent civilians, including Francis Sheehy-Skeffington, during the Easter Rising was released from Broadmoor psychiatric hosp, having served less than two years.
