The Burning of Cork 1920

#OnThisDay 1920 Auxiliaries set Cork City centre ablaze. They burned over 50 businesses, 200 houses, shot at firemen trying to douse the fires, eventually costing over £2million worth of damage. Hamar Greenwood said it was the IRA who started the fire
