IRA Attack and Burn Trim RIC Barracks 1920

#OnThisDay 1920 Meath IRA attacked Trim RIC barracks, in what Michael Collins called a ‘very big Job’. The IRA attacked while the majority of police were at 8am Sunday Mass. One constable was shot.That night, Auxiliaries looted & burned many places in the town.
