#OnThisDay 1922 The dead body of ex-serviceman John Doyle was found outside Castlebellingham, Louth with a note saying “Convicted Spy”. A witness told the inquest that days earlier, Doyle was forced to help the FS Army to a certain house & for this he was shot.
