#OnThisDay 1972 Colonel Eamon ‘Ned’ Broy died in Dublin & was buried in Clonbulloge, Offaly. A Commissioner of the Garda Síochána & a Colonel in the army, Broy is probably best known for being one of Michael Collins’ inside men in the DMP’s G Division.
