#OnThisDay 1943 Captain Joseph “Tiny” Beglin from South Circular Road, Dublin was killed on patrol while on reserve at Capracotta, Italy while serving with the 6th Bn Inniskilling Fusiliers. The Beglins lost three sons & a brother-in-law was a POW in a Japanese camp.
