#OnThisDay 1967 Che Guevara was executed in Bolivia. Guevara was a physician, diplomat & revolutionary in whose “veins flowed the blood of the Irish rebels”, so said his father. Che’s paternal ancestor Patrick Lynch, moved to South America from Galway.
