#OnThisDay 1892 Thomas Falcon Hazell DSO, was born in Roundstone, Galway. Hazell was a pilot in the RFC & RAF & scored 43 victories in 1917–18 making him an Ace & third most successful Irish flying ace of WW1. Unlike the other two, Hazell survived the war.
