Black and Tans burn Trim, Meath 1920

#OnThisDay 1920 As a reprisal for the IRA’s attack on the RIC barracks, around 200 Black and Tans burn Trim town centre in Meath. They burned homes and business premises owned by suspected republicans causing £1000s in damage. Nobody is killed in this attack.
