#OnThisDay 1921 Sean Duffy & Patrick Maloney were killed by the RIC in Gortdrum, Tipperary. Both men were on the run since they lost their jobs because of British reprisals burning down their stores. Maloney was in IV officer uniform & made for an easy target.
