#OnThisDay 1746 A selection of men from the Irish Brigade of France & Fitzjames’s Horse fought at the Battle of Culloden. They fought for Bonnie Prince Charles but were defeated. They covered the Highlanders’s retreat & lost a lot of men in the fight.
