#OnThisDay 1921 IRA attacked the London & North Western Railway Hotel in Dublin, throwing bombs & shooting at the Auxiliaries inside. One Auxie was wounded but Vol. Patrick Freyne was killed in the attack. Below Auxies gather outside the hotel.
