#OnThisDay 1921 Six IRA Volunteers were hanged by the British authorities in Mountjoy Prison. Thousands gathered & prayed on the street outside of the prison. The deceased were: Patrick Doyle Frank Flood Thomas Whelan Patrick Moran Thomas Bryan Bernard Ryan.
