#OnThisDay 1815 Monaghan man Corporal James Graham saved the lives of an officer, his brother & all at Hougoumont Farm when he closed the gates stemming the flow of French soldiers & saving the day. He was deemed ‘The Bravest man at Waterloo’. He was serving with the Coldstream Guards.
