#OnThisDay 1919 Dan Breen, Sean Treacy, Seamus Robinson & East Limerick IRA rescue Sean Hogan who was under armed RIC escort, from a train in Knocklong, Limerick bound for a Cork jail.Two RIC die &several on both sides are wounded. It was Hogan’s 18th birthday.
