#OnThisDay 1951 At the Battle of Imjin River during the Korean War, the 29th British Brigade, including the Royal Ulster Rifles & 8th Irish Hussars are pushed back across the river by Chinese forces, the PVA (People’s Volunteer Army). B company R.U.R. was rearguard as the Brigade withdrew & held the line further south.
