#OnThisDay 1898 Major General Emmet Dalton was born & grew up in Dublin. He fought in WW1 with the British Army then against the British Army in the WOI. He was in charge of the shelling of the Four Courts. He was at Beal na mBlath at dear friend Collins’ death.
