#OnThisDay 1918 The SS Cork, a Dublin Steam Packet owned ship was sank by two torpedoes from a German submarine, killing five crew & seven passengers, all from Dublin except one, a hostess from Liverpool. There were 30 survivors. (Pic not of the SS Cork).
