#OnThisDay 1946 William Joyce aka Lord Haw Haw was executed for High Treason in London. Joyce was an American-born Irish/Anglo-Irish fascist who grew up in Galway. He was the Nazi’s propagandist to the UK urging British people to surrender during WW2. He is buried in Galway.
