#OnThisDay 1880 Fr Francis Browne was born in Cork. Fr Browne is probably best known for taking the last photos of the Titanic before it sank in 1912. He joined the Irish Guards as a chaplain in 1916 & served in Somme, Ypres & other battles earning himself the MC & Bar.
