#OnThisDay 1919 The Squad are officially formed in 46 Parnell Square. The Squad or “Twelve Apostles” were hand-picked, full time, paid assassins answerable only to Michael Collins. By this time, they had already been operational for two months & had killed before. The Squad will gradually expand its’ numbers including future Taoiseach Seán LeMass.
