#OnThisDay 1920 Capt. Percival Lea-Wilson RIC District Inspector was assassinated by Michael Collins’ Squad in Gorey, Wexford. Some say Wilson was shot because he was the officer who strip searched Tom Clarke after the Rebel surrender after Easter 1916. #Ireland #History
